I use a combination of Exercise, Lifestyle advice and Osteopathy to help people out of pain and feel strong in a happy and well-functioning body.
Osteopathy
Osteopathy is used for injury prevention, enhancing sports performance, treating muscular skeletal injuries and chronic conditions.
It can help relieve discomfort from a range of ailments including headaches, pain from arthritis, low back pain and sporting injuries. Treatments involve a combination of soft tissue massage, manipulation of soft tissue and joints as well as active movement.

Our passion is helping educate and teaching patients how lifestyle habits create our healthcare blueprint. Many factors can inhibit our capacity to be healthy and free of disease, from previous injury/trauma, stress patterns and diet. Our approach is personal, engaging and empowering.

We will conduct a osteopathic assessment which includes a full medical history and physical examination. This guides our intervention from explanation and treatment to medical referral where deemed appropriate.
